Pastel ( Graziani, Jungle, Lemon ) Color Mutation Pattern Mutation Co-dominant ( Pastel ) This mutation brings yellows - and in some lines, orange - to the base color. There is significant blushing throughout the pattern with a noticeably pale, whitish hue to the head. The eyes are light colored and distinct. The pattern is different looking than that of a normal Ball Python. Different breeders proved the Pastels genetics almost at the same time and gave them their name. Jungle is from Kevin McCurley, Graziani is from Greg Grazianni for example. The name of the morph tells more about the breeder then it does about the morph itself. |
